Maria Lodovica Gullino
Maria Lodovica Gullino, professor of Biological and Integrated Plant Disease Management, director of the Centre of Competence Agroinnova and Vice-Rector for International Affairs of the University of Torino. She has co-authored 13 books and published over 500 scientific papers and reviews about plant disease management and biological and integrated control of plant diseases. She has coordinated and managed over 100 international research projects (20 of them funded by the European Union and international bodies), and international high level courses on sustainable agriculture. She is member of many national and international Scientific Societies and President of the International Society for Plant Pathology.
Angelo Garibaldi
Angelo Garibaldi, full professor of Plant Disease Management and President of the Centre of Competence Agroinnova of the University of Torino, published over 800 scientific papers and reviews about plant disease management and biological and integrated control of plant diseases. He is responsible of many research projects at national and international level, and member of national and international Scientific Societies in the field of plant pathology and crop protection.
Massimo Pugliese
Massimo Pugliese, graduated in Agroecology and assistant professor at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Torino, works on compost and sustainable agricolture. He is author of several publications about the suppressive activity of compost against plant pathogens, biological control and innovative strategies for the control of soil-borne pathogens. He is also active in training activities and divulgation to the public about organic farming and compost.
